- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I will never use another Piedmont facility for urgent care. They use false advertising to get you in there with their posted fees on the website and then ask for your insurance. Well then you get a $279 bill for a vital check and a "bronchitis" diagnosis. I called customer service and she openly admitted if they would not have filed insurance my office visit would have been $30-$80 because Piedmont gives a 70% discount for self-pay. This is shady practice and I will never use their facilities again for urgent care. Extremely disappointed. The doctor was nice but not $279 nice. Be careful!!December 21, 2016by Lori Price
