  Horrible customer service from Sheerie. She was very rude and seemed as if she didn't want to be bothered. Not to mention they took my daughter back to see the doctor and for some odd reason, they felt it wasn't necessary for me to talk to the doctor to discuss with me my daughters results. Nor to explain when the prescription would be in.Not sure if it was because of the type of insurance I carry (medicaid), my race, or if the entire office was having a bad day. I find it funny the few customers before me were treated with jokes, laughs, and attention from the doctor. But they did have regular insurance. Thanks anyway eye contact! I will be sure to follow up with medicaid and to spread the word of how I was treated. I wish I was able to give ZERO stars.

  Last group that took Peach State was awful, so I figured I'd try this smaller 'more personal' office. We were ignored while we waited, then when I suggested the kids look at frames while we wait, realized there were no prices listed on them. When I asked, I was told the least expensive frames were on a particular rack. Had the kids look there and when they came out with their prescriptions they were shown a box with about 12 frames, saying, "These are what your insurance will cover." They wouldn't let us choose our frames and pay the additional beyond insurance coverage, even though they let us do that with the contacts, AND all the other places will let you do that. It has now been SEVEN WEEKS since I took my son and his glasses are STILL not in. I took my daughter to Walmart for her glasses (since we used insurance for her contacts) and her glasses were ready in TWO DAYS. We were going that since this was a smaller private practice we'd be treated less like assembly line clients, but no. I will just take my kids to Walmart and pay cash from now on.
