  Dr. Ashley is great. The staff at this office makes it impossible to do business with her. Every time we have contact with them it is another negative incident. Staff members overstepping their responsibilities as far as medical/medication advice, refusal to deal with routine paperwork requests in any kind of timely manner, zero common courtesy to downright insulting attitude, dropped balls on appointments and medication refill requests, religious adherence to impossible policies - you are supposed to give plenty of notice for refill requests, yet they blow back on you if you request controlled medications before you are due for a refill (what are you supposed to do?). You name it - they do it wrong every time! Their staff must be working there because they are too incompetent to make it in fast food. Unfortunately getting good service from a medical practice is so dependent on the overall staff and you definitely don't want to do business with this one unless you have really low blood pressure. They will raise it ten points on the way out the door.

  Good doctors IF you can get in. My daughter was sick with tonsillitis a couple weeks ago and when I called was told "sorry we have no appointment you can go to urgent care". Then again today her illness has crept back up so I called and was told "sorry no appointments today you can call back tomorrow at 8am or go to urgent care". Needless to say I am going to find another primary care provider.
