  What a waste of time and money. We were referred to an ortho for my wife's pain. We previously had x-rays and the radiologists reports stated that L4 and L5 were out of place. We brought those same X-rays to this location. The entire office visit was a joke-the doctor barely did a physical exam and seemed more interested in talking about names, ancestry, etc. He did not offer ANY insight and stated he would call after reviewing the X-rays. Fast forward almost two weeks, we had to call him to remind him to review the X-rays! Roughly two days later, his assistant called and literally was laughing in the voicemail staying that there was nothing wrong. He also recommended and MRI, and stated someone would call to schedule it. A month later, and a trip to a different practice, and we still have not received the call to schedule the MRI Needless to say, since the visit to another facility, we have already made progress, that doctor actually did a full exam and was able to make recommendations and prescribe medications to relieve pressure and pain in the meantime. Oh, and we got a call within 48 hours to schedule the MRI. Thanks for nothing Pinnacle! Do not waste your time or money here, this place was a joke!
